Premium Access provides unlimited articles, advanced implementation guides, ROI calculators, and templates. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, YHT Solution does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the implementation of these ideas.

5.2. Email List Reactivation

This service involves AI-powered email list reactivation. You retain full approval rights over all messages sent. Payment for this service is performance-based, calculated as a percentage of the revenue generated from reactivated subscribers. Specific terms, including the percentage, will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

5.3. Expert Account Management

We provide a team of experts for account management services. All actions are subject to your approval, and full Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) protection will be in place. Specific terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

5.4. AI Agent, Automation & ERP Choice

We assist in selecting ERP systems, building custom AI agents, and streamlining workflows. This service includes full NDA and data security provisions. Specific terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property rights associated with the Service are the property of YHT Solution or its licensors. You agree not to use any of YHT Solution's intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. YHT Solution makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
